Both Nathan and Brandon are extremely responsive hosts who have added numerous luxurious touches to the space we stayed in, insuring a smooth, exceptional, and memorable time in the Melbourne, Florida area. The spacious, high quality, fully stocked laundry room was so appreciated. I value that both hosts took care of every detail, especially when it mattered most. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Brandon’s place was perfect for my stay. The description of the listing matched the photos/actual condo perfectly. This place offered lots of amenities for my brief stay. It was also very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Brandon was very responsive to any inquiries/questions I had and was accommodating as well. I’ll book again if I’m in the area and highly recommend this space to anyone looking to visit soon.

Our stay was perfect, the studio is so well set up with a mini fridge and dishwasher, it was very quiet as well and easy to get a good night’s sleep. We are hoping Brandon’s place will be available again for future travels.

Brandon and his family’s hospitality was amazing. The home is local to the beach and plenty of fun extras like surf boards and a grill that are available with the property. The beach is about 5 mins down the street, an hour away from Orlando and Celebration, we enjoyed Disney, SeaWorld the Zoo and Aquarium which are complete day trips. There’s pretty good food around (Bucca Di Bepo!!) and Target and Walmart are not far.

Brandons building is definitely one of the top spots to stay in the whole area! The amazing kitchen, use of laundry, and easy parking makes it stand out from everywhere else in the area. I’ve stayed here many times and would reccomend it to anyone else staying in the area!!
